Beginning April 01, 2008 Kimberly Crest Veterinary Hospital will kick off Kimberly Crest’s Biggest Loser Competition. We have selected a handful of patients to participate.It is going to be a lot of fun for us humans as well as our pets.

As we all know being overweight can lead to diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, skin problems, arthritis and other joint disorders and possibly a shorter life span to spend with you and your family.

On October 01, 2008 a dog winner and a cat winner will be selected. Winners will be selected by the percentage of body weight lost. Both winners will receive a makeover (grooming and bath) donated by Tarrilee Leathers of Chow Baby Groom & Board, a gift basket of retail merchandise from Kimberly Crest, a gift certificate from a local pet boutique and a free bag of food from Iams or Hills pet food companies. All participants that lose any extra pounds will have a longer life span, have more energy, enjoy a happier, healthier life and be able to get around better.
